Service Description
This service will include a bath with the shampoo that best fits your dog, blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and the optional spray of cologne. Pricing is based on the dog breed, and size. Please submit these details with your inquiry and we will contact you with a quote!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled grooming price. No Shows: If the groomer arrives at the scheduled time and the client or pet is unavailable, refuses service, or fails to provide access, it will be considered a no-show. A 50% no-show fee of the scheduled grooming price will apply. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal or future services. Scheduling & Arrival Time Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, previous appointments, or other factors. Clients must allow for flexibility. I will never rush a pet’s grooming and will always take the necessary time to ensure the safety and comfort of each animal. Clients must be available for up to 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time (e.g., if your appointment is at 10:00 AM, arrival may be anywhere between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM). Weather & Parking Policy Weather Conditions: As a mobile service, grooming may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy snow, ice, flooding, high winds, or extreme temperatures. The groomer reserves the right to make this decision for safety reasons. Parking Requirements: I agree to provide a clear, safe, and level parking space for the grooming vehicle at the time of service. In winter, snow and ice must be cleared from the driveway or designated parking area prior to the appointment. If the groomer is unable to park safely due to weather or hazardous conditions on the client’s property, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined above. Latchkey Service Policy Clients may choose to allow The Wash Waggin’ access to their pet when they are not home (“latchkey service”). Clients must be present for the first appointment to meet the groomer and review all policies For latchkey appointments: Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the home (key, Code, Lockbox, etc.). Pets must be crated or confined in a small room for easy access Payment must be left as cash or check, or paid by phone. Phone payments must be completed by 10:00 PM on the day of service. Payments received after 10:00 PM will incur a late fee of $10.
