Consent to Photograph and Share

I, the undersigned, give permission to The Wash Waggin’ to photograph and/or video record my pet(s) after grooming services.

 

I authorize these images to be used in:

• Social Media posts (Facebook. Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Website galleries

• Advertising and promotional materials (digital or print)

• Rights & Ownership

• I understand that all photos/videos taken by The Wash Waggin’ remain the property of the business.

• I waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim ownership of the final images.

• I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these photos.

• Revoking Consent

• I may revoke this consent at any time in writing, but I understand that any media already published will remain in use.

Liability Release

I release The Wash Waggin, its owner, from any claims related to the use of my pet’s images.
