By accessing or using this Website, booking services, or engaging with our business in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Website or our services.


1. About The Wash Waggin
The Wash Waggin is a mobile dog grooming service operating in Berks County, Pennsylvania. This Website provides information about our services and directs customers to our third-party booking platform, Groomsoft, for appointments, communication, and payment processing.


2. Eligibility to Use This Website
By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using the Website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.


3. Appointments, Payments & Third-Party Services

  • All grooming appointments, customer communication, and payments are handled through Groomsoft, a third-party service provider.

  • The Wash Waggin does not directly store or process payment information through this Website.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to Groomsoft’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies in addition to these T&C.

  • Pricing, services, availability, and policies may change at any time without notice.

4. Service Policies & Customer Responsibilities
By booking services with The Wash Waggin, you agree that:

  • Your dog is healthy enough to receive grooming services

  • Your dog is up to date on standard vaccinations per industry norms

  • You will disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs prior to the appointment

  • You understand grooming involves inherent risks, including stress, skin irritation, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions

The Wash Waggin reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a dog’s behavior or condition poses a safety risk.


5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
 

  • Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled grooming price.

  • No Shows: If the groomer arrives at the scheduled time and the client or pet is unavailable, refuses service, or fails to provide access, it will be considered a no-show. A 50% no-show fee of the scheduled grooming price will apply.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal or future services.


6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of The Wash Waggin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Wash Waggin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or grooming services.

  • Use of this Website and services is at your own risk.

  • Nothing in these T&C limits liability where prohibited by law.

8. Right to Modify Services & Terms
The Wash Waggin reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services at any time

The Wash Waggin reserves the right to suspend or deny services to any customer who:
