4. Service Policies & Customer Responsibilities
By booking services with The Wash Waggin, you agree that:

Your dog is healthy enough to receive grooming services

Your dog is up to date on standard vaccinations per industry norms

You will disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs prior to the appointment

You understand grooming involves inherent risks, including stress, skin irritation, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions
The Wash Waggin reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a dog’s behavior or condition poses a safety risk.
5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled grooming price.

No Shows: If the groomer arrives at the scheduled time and the client or pet is unavailable, refuses service, or fails to provide access, it will be considered a no-show. A 50% no-show fee of the scheduled grooming price will apply.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal or future services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, logos, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of The Wash Waggin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
